And sweating while jogging is becoming a nuisance again. No chance to avoid myself being seen while jogging in the dark.
But the good part is I see now where my turns are when I jog and am able to pace myself better.
In the first quarter of the year I lost a good chunk of my weight. But an annoying laryngitis set my condition massively back. I had to start almost from scratch again. But I am not drooping but working out a strategy to get the condition back. I am jogging every 36 hours (give or take a couple of hours), which means I day morning, next day evening followed by one day break. And then start again. So far I think it’s a nice rhythm.
At the moment I am jogging 31 minutes per session. Every seventh session I count up 1 minute. I am confident that my condition comes back soon and when the summer is here with it’s aweful heat, I am able to jog every morning

Everytime I listen to this song I imagine myself somewhere in the Norwegian wilderness walking some place I will live in peace without the disturbances of the modern civilization. Thanks Valfar for this wonderful peace of music!

This is, how I imagine a perfect summer: it’s raining all day, the mountains nearby are covered in clouds and it’s still warm. Well I guess I am pretty alone with my opinion

Der Sommer ist da! Auch wenn wir noch voll fett im Frühling sind. Mir sind die 27°C heute allerdings viel zu warm. Wann wirds eigentlich wieder Winter

It’s getting warmer every day. Yesterday it was so warm I could leave my jacket at home when riding my bike although it was quite windy. Bushes, trees and flowers are blooming. But this time it is not too early. Spring is just a couple of days away. But hope still exists. It’s getting colder soon. I hope summer falls through like last summer although I know the majority in Germany wants a warm summer. I can abandon summer. When there is no winter here there should be no summer

Es wird inzwischen täglich wärmer. Gestern war es so  warm, dass ih ohne Jacke Rad fahren konnte, obwohl es doch sehr windig war. Büsche, Bäume und Blumen blühen. Dieses Jahr wenigstens nicht zu früh. Frühling ist ja nur ein paar Tage weg. Aber Hoffnung besteht noch. Es wird bald wieder kälter. Ich hoffe der Sommer fällt dieses Jahr wieder ins Wasser, wie letztes Jahr, auch wenn die Mehrheit in Deutschland einen warmen Sommer möchte. Ich kann auf den Sommer verzichten. Wenn es keinen Winter gibt, soll es auch keinen Sommer geben
