Healthier eating

In the mid of January I decided to change my eating behaviour. Until then I ate what I fancied. Especially sweets where an almost daily part. The result was an extraordinary number on my scale, lack of fitness and something else.
Since this decission I also applied daily sport. First jogging and handle training. Later I replaced jogging with fast walking due to some pains in my knees.
Holding tight to this plan resulted in very much positive features. I don’t have stomach aches. My fitness comes back. I sleep better. I have less nose bleeds. I feel much better. The clothes fitting better. I am able to wear clothes I didn’t wear for a loooong time. Every work becomes easier. And the scale shows 11kg less than in the mid of January this year.
But there is a downside to this. I am counting calories like others money. My food is almost free of fat and I eat only a small amount of proteins. But this is something I can live with.
If this speed of loosing weight keeps at least halfway going I should be below 100kg before Easter dance

awful food

For a long time we (three self-employed people) didn’t eat at Fody’s in the village where we work for lunch. Today we did. This was a bad decission. We took the buffet. But there was not really a good looking asortment of vegetable food. They had potatoes in some kind of brine, too-well-cooked noodles, risotto with vegetables (use the word vegetables with care in this case) and canned, small carrots. Besides that it is nutritious it had no taste at all. Even in the commons of the university of Heidelberg you would get better food.

To better this they looked for a skilled and hardworking cook. I can understand that.

… when it’s time to change your pan? I recognized that my food – which was normally repelled by the nonstick coating – did not intend to get eaten. I guess I’ve eaten the whole nonstick coating and the surface of the pan is now the stick coating which adhered the nonstick coating initially. Now the food is the medium which gets adhered. I love my fried food getting a touch of burnt.

Wie stellt man fest, dass die Pfanne auszutauschen ist? Ich stellte  fest, dass das Essen, welches normalerweise von der Antihaftbeschichtung abgestoßen wurde, nicht den Eindruck machte, gegessen zu werden. Ich vermute, ich habe die gesamte Antihaftbeschichtung inzwischen aufgegessen und die Oberfläche der Pfanne ist nun die Haftbeschichtung, welche die Antihaftbeschichtung ursprünglich festgehalten hat. Jetzt ist das Essen das Medium, welches festgehalten hat. Ich mag ja mein Essen, wenn es ganz leicht verbrannt ist. Aber ich würde es ge
